To receive a tax certificate, be contacted and kept up to date on the activities promoted by YES, and on how your donation is used, please complete the on-line form with your personal data*.
The form also allows you to request a receipt for your payment in order to benefit from the tax benefits listed below (for donations in excess of 250.00 euros).
